Since 2005, Summit Engineering has supplied precision components and assemblies to the global Oil & Gas sector.
Our investment in large-bed turning enables us to produce long-length and large-diameter products up to 13 metres long and 260mm through the spindle.
Typical applications include mandrels for packers, casing patch components, and rubber-coated pipes. Our in-house rubber bonding and autoclave facilities handle Nitrile, HNBR, and EPDM coatings at up to 160°C and 100 psi, achieving strong adhesion to carbon and stainless steels such as 4140, 9Cr, and 13Cr.
We also manufacture precision parts from high-performance plastics (PEEK, PPS, PTFE) and provide complete machining and finishing post-treatment to meet drawing tolerances.
